Refund and Returns Policy
BJJFANS.CLUB
Effective Date: December 4, 2023
1. General Provision (Digital Goods)
All products sold by BJJFANS.CLUB are digital goods (courses, e-books, video files). Once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted, the digital product cannot be returned.
2. Refund Conditions
A refund will only be issued in exceptional cases where the fault lies with us:
- Duplicate Charge/System Error: If your card or account was charged twice due to an error in our payment system.
- Non-Functional Link: If the provided download link does not work after purchase, and we are unable to fix the issue or provide an alternative link within 48 hours of your initial contact.
- Major Misrepresentation: If the course content is fundamentally inconsistent with the description on the website (e.g., you bought a Gi Jiu-Jitsu course but received a wrestling course). Complaints based on personal opinion regarding content quality will not be accepted.
3. Grounds for Denial of Refund (No Refund Will Be Issued If)
A refund will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: You changed your mind, did not like the course, or could not find time to watch it.
- Client Technical Issues: The course does not play on your device, and our manager confirms the file is functional and in standard formats (.mp4, .pdf).
- Impossibility of “Return”: Since the course is digital and cannot be physically “returned,” we cannot guarantee a refund after successful download.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe your case meets the refund conditions:
- Contact: Send an email to our address bjjfans.team@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
- Description: Clearly describe the issue in the email body and state why your case meets the refund conditions (Section 2).
- Review Period: We will review your request within 3–5 business days.
