1. General Provisions
All products available on BJJFANS.CLUB are digital assets (including but not limited to: video courses, e-books, and downloadable files). Due to the intangible nature of these products, they are deemed “consumed” at the moment of download or granting access to the streaming area. Therefore, as a general rule, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Conditions for a Refund
A refund request may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure/Duplicate Charge: If a technical error in the payment gateway resulted in a duplicate transaction or an incorrect charge.
- Non-Functional Access: If the provided access link or file is corrupted or non-functional, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working alternative within 72 hours of the initial report.
- Product Discrepancy: If the delivered digital content significantly differs from the description provided on the product page (e.g., the subject matter is entirely different from what was advertised). Subjective assessments of content quality or “difficulty level” do not qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: The customer decided they no longer want the course or “purchased it by mistake.”
- Incompatibility: The customer’s hardware or software does not support standard file formats (e.g., .MP4, .PDF), provided that the files are confirmed to be functional.
- Partial Completion: The customer has already downloaded more than 10% of the content or viewed the streaming materials.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a claim, the customer must:
- Submit a formal request to bjjfans.team@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Include the Order Number and a detailed description of the technical issue.
- Our compliance team will review the request within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
